ILR from Tier 1 category: 28 days before 5 years

Post by newc » Tue May 03, 2011 10:07 pm

Hi,

Could anyone please share their experience who applied before 5 years completion (i.e. up to 28 days before 5 years completion)

Would the response for the following point in SET(o) on page 20 be yes?

D1. Please confirm whether you have spent a continuous period of 5 years lawfully in the United Kingdom

I am planning to apply 21 days before 5 years at PEO...

Would appreciate any comments, please..

Hi,

Did anyone attend Sheffield PEO recently after rule changed on 6 APR 2011? Could you please share your experience?

Should be ok to apply 28 days before completing 5 years.
For experiences, please search the forum as there are trillions of them here.
Goodluck.

Hi ID,

Thanks for your response..

As I am planning to apply 21 days earlier than 5 years completion, so want to double check wheather others have ticked that box for continous 5 years stay even if applying with 28 days Rule..
