ILR from Tier 1 (General)...Please Help

I would like ask question(s) regarding eligibility for ILR. Respected members please advise accordingly,

Tier 1 (General) Visa Granted: 24 May 2011 till 24 May 2013
First Extension Applied on: 16 May 2013
Visa Validity: 05 June 2013 till 05 June 2016 (05/06/2016)

I was outside of the UK for my annual holidays (plus unpaid holidays) during the following days.

I. 25-Aug-2011 to 19-Oct-2011 (55 days)
II. 13-Oct-2013 to 25-Nov-2013 (43 days)
III. 09-Dec-2014 to 25-Jan-2015 (47 days)

Total Absences------------------=(145 days)

1) I just want to confirm that I am eligible for ILR or not?.
2) What is earliest date for me to apply for ILR if I am eligible?.
3) Duration of PSW visa count towards 5 years as I switched Tier 1 General from PSW?.

You are eligible to apply for ILR 28 days before 24May2016. I m not sure about point 3.

I need some help in my case please, to know when can i apply for ILr

Tier 1 General visa issued inside UK on 16-07-2010 for 2 years in premium service
Extention applied by post in june 2012 and received visa starting from 20-10-2012 till 20-10-2015.

i know that i can apply 28 days prior but confused when.

1st case: 16-07-2010 to 16-07-2012 and then GAP plus visa till 20-10-2015 but can ignore middle gap period because my application was in home office and i was legal in uk and can apply 28 days prior of full 5 years which means 19-06-2015 Approximately onwards.



2nd case: 16-07-2010 to 16-07-2012 and then GAP plus decision of postal application EXT. on 20-10-2012 made and visa valid till 20-10-2015, so which means i will be eligible from 22-09-2015 approx. on wards and cannot count gap in 5 years contnious period when my application was pending In HO for second extension.


in total i have only 151 absences from uk and not more than 90 days in single, i was absent which means i am secure in absence point of view.


Seniors / Friends yours reply will be appreiciated.

I think you can apply on 19.06.2015. One of my friend has same situation so he asked his Solicitor so he said that's fine you can count gap to complete 5 years if your application was in home office during that gap.
