Post by g_khan » Mon Jan 05, 2009 10:44 am

hello guys

i am instrange situation hope i will get some help.

1. I have had relation with my wife since 2004
2. we have one son about 3 year old
3. we got married in ireland in 2007
4. I got settlement visa (ILE BUT KOL REQ) because we have 4 year relation i came to the uk oct 2008
5. I pased my KOL test gartnted ILR in nov 2008

the problem is my wife is drugs addicted i wasnt aware of that untill i came to the UK she told me everything now she decied not to live with me. she threat me evryday that i m going to homeoffice to tell everything about how u came here. (becasue her payslips were forged and employment detail wasnt real) its just because my son was getting bigger and she dont wanted to work or cant work so my lawyer helped me out for this things but i was well sufficient before came to the uk. our relationship were real.

I am concern about my son (british national) if the revoke my ILR because my wife's payslips wastn real they will deport me but what will happend with my son my wife is Heroin Addicted i cant live her my son cant live her but they will deport me because of thers stupid payslips wanst real.

Guys i need your help thanks. plz i need help

thats just plain stupid
why would you participate in such a fraud
well if she wants to cause a fracas i guess it is possible
so all you can do is hold your breath.
suggest you apply for citizenship asap to get from under her
although since you got ile by fraud, it is just built on a splintered glass

i am only worried about my son (british national) i dont mind if they deport me but what will happend to my son becasue he cant live with person with heroin addicted.
other thing you said apply your citizenship, how can apply coz i only came here 10 of oct and my ILR granted on 20 of nov 2008. so when i can apply what residecy requierd coz i got my ILR within i mounth i arrived. What u you suggest can i stay here on the basis of my son to lookafter him even it get proved that payslips wasnt real. I dont wanted to be in such fraud actualy everything was ok my lawyer suggest me that your wife have to working so he helped me out.

Oh dear!! Get your family involved into all this and ask then to sort out things between you and her.
