ILR help-Hsmp+Tier1

I have been silent browser of this forum, must say this is an excellent one with great input from moderators while one is preparing for Ilr.My case is as follows:I was granted Hsmp on 15 Feb 2007. Extended it by having Tier1(15 feb 2009).Will apply for Ilr in jan end 2012. There are two issues.I didnt had a job until May end 2007(will this be an hindrance in getting ilr).Thereafter from June 2007 until now have been in continuous employment. Another problem is I have lost the original Hsmp approval letter of 2007, have only the Tier1 approval letter of 2009. Will this be a problem as 10 l section of set o form asks for document showing one has met relevant requirements before issue of current Tier1. Please do kindly help,any help to the above queries is much appreciated. Kind regards,Zeesh

I am planning to apply in April 2012. Also I was bit confused with SET(0) 10L. Thanks for clearing that.

Tier1 criteria requires you to score certain salary points so it doesn't matter if didn't have had a job for past 4 years if you meet the criteria you will get it.

don't know about second question but they should have it in their records plus your passport has a vignette on it which should tell them
