ILR HELP NEEDED

Hi All,

I need some advice from you guys, I will be applying for ILR shortly in (OCTOBER 2013) so i contacted the council tax department for a letter for me and my wife and then realized that i am still on single occupancy discount, i did given them a call in 2011 to cancel this but they have not done. However they said they will action it and have sorted out sending me new bills (So this is sorted as of now). Do you think it will still be a problem for applying my ILR. Do you think i need to be extra cautious and apply for myself first and then for my wife and kid later?

I also have one more problem for evidences of co-habitation (me and my wife's name) one of the utility bill is one month short of 2 years beginning period [ie. i only have evidences from November 2011] .

I am a confused

and have a bit of tension with these, could any one be kind to advice, please?

[Could anyone comment if you have a similar experience please?]

Council tax should be fine just pay what you owe. Cohabitation proof should be ok, just try and put 1 joint letter or one each for every 4 months from a total of at least 3 different sources.

Do I need to carry anything related to Council tax, will there be having any queries?

I got a Letter from GP yesterday covering the whole period from 2010, guess that should be enough now ?

Like I said for every 4 months include one joint letter or one each from a total if at least 3 different sources if you can. I.e. the utility bills in joint names and then two other letters from different sources at any time. Council tax letters shouldn't be required.

Can I include my dependants in my application? wrote:You can use one form for a joint application by you, your partner and any children aged under 18, if they are applying as your dependants. Children over 18 must apply separately.

UK born children may skip their ILR applications, if they are registering as British citizens after you are granted ILR.

2. Seems okay.

How did your friend confuse you?

Thanks a ton for replying...

This is what i infer,

1) The kid is born in India and wife and kid is with me for more than 2 years so i can apply them on the same form.

Please reply an Yes for my peace of mind...

My friend said he applied some time back and think he had given 3 applications for all of them, he was in Tier 2 though..
