ILR Help required

Dear All,

I have now completed 5 years (WP + HSMP + Tier-1 General)
and ready to make my ILR application but would like your advise regarding my wife's visa

1. My wife has been living in the UK with me for 47 months now but she was out of country for 11 months and joined me back exactly one month ago. May i know if my wife gets her ILR too when i apply for my ILR?
2. we also have 8 months baby born outside UK and currently on a Tier-1 Dependant visa (only one month in the UK since born), does my kid also get his ILR?

any help is appreciated. Also any potential other documentation that I might be aware of to supply seeing that in the past 12 months, my wife lived for 11 months outside the UK......

should not be issue so long u can prove for last 2 years in relation ship , check if u r part of jr review than no issue at all
