Hi All,
I have been surfing through the boards and have succeeded in getting partial information.
I am from the HSMP batch (Apr – Nov 2006), that was covered by the (Judicial Review).
I know that we do not have any income criteria; all we have to prove is that we are economically active. I have got enough evidence of this but nothing has been mentioned in terms of numbers.
Actually I had a well-paying job (3 years) but I was made redundant and I was unemployed for around a year. Then I started my own business, my concern is since I started few months back by the time I apply for ILR the turnover of my company would be around £15000(per annum) and my salary as a director around £6000 (per annum) with the company being in a mere profit situation.
Would anyone who is in a similar situation or has experience of this share their thoughts?
I know my company is not in a strong position but I am still economically active, would this qualify me for ILR?
Thanks in Advance
