ILR - HSMP (JR) - Holiday Count

Hi All,

I really appreciate if anyone please answer:-

I have got my HSMP letter under old rules prior to Nov 2006 so I am covered in Judicial review.

I have got my visa stamped on 08-Aug-2007 (for 2 years).

Came to Uk on 22-oct-2007.
Second extension which was due on 08-Aug-2009. Luckily HO gave me an extension to 22-Oct-2012 to cover my ILR period.

Just want to clarify do i need to count my period from 08-aug-2009 to 22-oct-2009 in my 180 days holidays as well ????

Second question is :- does that matter if you were away twice in one year from the country ??

My total count of holidays is 179 so dont know if its going to be a good impression or not !!
