My appointment was at 9-00 ,arrived earlier 1 hour.
At 9-45 me and my spouse were let in.
My husband was only 1 year here in the UK.At 9-10 my number was called.A friendly gentleman asked only:
-application with photos(wery quickly looked at the application where i ticked 3)
-passports
He asked"did u marked all the days u were off the country?(73 days in total-it was not the issue)
then he went somewhere to make some checks.
After 5 min. he returned and asked :
-a letter from accountant which included my up to October accounts(Gross/Net)
-he asked me-"are u a self-employed?"---yes
-"what kind of business?"----a sandwich shop
-he askes HMRC letters about NI class 2 as all self-employed should pay.(send to me by HMRC for the whole period)
-also i gave him HMRC tax history(since 2008 when i started my business)
Than he asked where i become acquainted with my husband.I answered -in the UK.My husband was overstayer but he left the UK voluntarily,CW told-"that is what i wanted to check as everything is in my system."
After this he told me to go to pay.
After paying he waved to me and asked to give him a police registration form,which i gave him.
Than the CW told us that the Settlement is granted and we can collect our passports after 2 hours.
We left the premises at 9-30
At 11-30 we collected our passports with ILR No cohabitation docs,no marriage certificare no copies(i offered),no covering letter (which i tried to give him)
I ticked 3-Tier1 under JR Doc.Policy and 10G
