ILR (hubby been sent to work in USA)

Am in 24 months spouse visa, remaining four months to apply for my ILR. Now my question is:- my hubby has just been send to states to work for his company. The company is here in UK but the HQ are in states, there is a possibility of him staying in states for three months. Guys how will this affect my ILR? He has never been out of the country for the last 18months we have been married. I have been out of the country in total number of days 67days all in all in different occassions.

Pls advice

I understand me being abscent, but will his abscence affect my ILR at all?

His absence due to work makes no difference to your application, but I think you will need his passport to make application.
