ILR on long residencies.

Post by Live and laough » Wed May 28, 2014 4:40 pm

Hi there,
I've just completed my 10 years in the UK. I've 3 points and £300 fine from the court on defective tyres. (Driving offence) from last 8 months.
Can I still apply for ILR on long residence basis or I've to apply for Extention to avoids refusal due to driving offence.
In case I do apply for Extention then what application form will I use for my dependents as their visa is running over. Please help anyone. Thanks and regards

So long as it's not a recordable offence you should be ok.
