ILR in March-2015, What About Dependent on Tier 2 ICT Depend

Hello,

My Tier 2 ICT visa was issued on 18th Mar-10, and i have been in the UK since then just going out of UK for annual leave every year for not more than 30 days. My current Tier 2 ICT visa is valid till 2016 and i am due for my ILR in Mar-2015.

My Queries are below

1) When can i apply for ILR, my first entry was on 27th Mar-10? Can i apply on 1st Mar-15?

2) I recently got married and my wife came to UK in June-14 and she is on my Tier 2 ICT dependent visa which is valid till 2016. Want to know whether I need to apply her for any other visa? The reason I am asking this is, since my Tier 2 ICT will not be valid after i get my ILR. Will her Tier 2 ICT dependent visa will still be valid even if my Tier 2 ICT will not be valid?
