You are overthinking this. You are allowed to use either your name or your married name. There is no fine. Apply for ILR as normal when eligibleMariankvday wrote: ↑Tue Feb 15, 2022 3:28 amHi. You can hold a BRP with either your name or your married name, regardless of which name is in the passport. Just apply for ILR when eligible and the new BRP will be in your married name
