ILR, Naturalisation 6 years Residence

Can someone shed some light into this situation
In UK for past 6 years 2 Months (ie. 74 Months)
Entered UK on Student Visa was student for 18 Months. one and half years.
Switched within UK to WP and since then on WP (Same employer, same profession) 56 Months (4yr 6m)
So Can this person apply for ILR/Naturalisation?

He/She can apply for ILR in 6 months time, naturalisation a year after that (if rules don`t change by then)

The person has to complete five years on WP to be eligible for ILR. Naturalisation follows a year after (pending any changes by the government).
