ILR Payment not taken after 3 weeks

Hi guys i need your advice.

I applied for my ILR 3 weeks ago under set (m). I have received an acknowledgement letter from UKBA. But they still havent taken the payment from the designated account.

I am worried as my bank told me there has been no attempt from them to take the money. I have tried ringing them several times and all i hear is you have to wait for 14 weeks.

I think something is wrong, but what? I have always had enough funds in the account and if it had failed shouldnt my documents have been returned to me by now.

Please Help.
