ILR + 2 PCN (Parking tickets) in last 12 months

Post by bansal82 » Wed Aug 17, 2011 9:03 pm

Need bit of your help

I have got an appointment booked for ILR at Liverpool. I have got all documents but the only hitch is got 2 PCN (parking fines) in last 12 months.

Though Single PCN is not considered as problem for ILR but criminality requirement state that incase of more than one PCN in short duration of time, it can considered with lines of bad character.

Character definition says - one PCN allowed in last 12 months

Please advise

Many Thanks

PCN are not court conviction you must be convicted by court to get a criminal record.

Success - ILR @ Liverpool PEO

Post by bansal82 » Mon Sep 05, 2011 10:12 pm

2 PCN in last 12 months was discounted and ILR was issued without any problem.

What to expect on the day?
1. Arrive 30 mins early from appointment time
2. Airport style security check followed by issue of token
3. Round 1 - PEO Check In (documents are verified - Application form, passport, life in UK)
4. Round 2 - Payment (pay by credit/debit card)
5. Round 3 - PEO Case Worker (need the application form, passport, photograph, payment reciept, last 12 month pay slip, last 12 month bank statement and employer letter). case worker will take the document and will ask you to wait in waiting area.
6. Round 4 - Token number again called - decision is told , documents are provided and apassport is sent for printing of Visa
7. Round 5 - Wait for around 2 hours - You will passport stamped with visa
