ILR post 5 years on Tier 1 + Tier 2

Post by speedo812003 » Tue Jan 20, 2015 7:42 pm

Hi All!

I am currently on Tier 2 (General) since June 2011. Before that I was on Tier 1 (General) from March 2011 to June 2011. I am planning to apply for ILR next year as Tier 2 (General) migrant as I will complete 5 years. My question is:

1. Whether the period I spent on Tier 1 (General) from March'11 to June'11 be counted towards my ILR so that I can apply for ILR in March 2016?

2. If yes then will I have to show any proof of earnings or any other documents for the period I spent on Tier 1 (General)?

3. How early can we apply for ILR? Is it 28 days before we complete 5 years?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
