Hello everyone,
I would like to know the answer of following question please:

I enter in UK 24/03/06 as a student visa , now I applied extention for tier1 entrepreneur visa and got letter from HO that they can't get back to me within first 8 weeks as it is need more time. 24/03/16 will be my 10 years in UK. So I can apply ilr before 26 days means I can apply ilr on 26/02/16. Now my question is can I apply for ilr in premium service as my curent tire1 visa is in pending.
