ILR qualify date confusion ?

entry clearance: 09-10-2006 (on work permit)
date of entry : 22-10-2006 ( work permit)

switched to Tier 1 in UK valid until 29 July, 2012.

so based on the continuous period (WP + Tier1)

can someone suggest me the date(latest) on which I can make same
day ILR application at PEO ? ( using the 28 rule)

(1) on 11-09-2011 ?

or

(2) on 24-09-2011 ?


I am thinking of 26-09-2011 to be going for a PEO interview. would i be OK on this date ? suggestions friends..

since you entered UK 22/10/2006 then you can apply for you ILR earliest on 24/09/2011 and latest depends on your Tier 1 validity ...

My Tier 1 is valid until 29 -07- 2012. Can I still apply using the 28-rule
on 24/09/2011 (which is Saturday)

so u reckon : Monday the 26/09/2011 is the day I can make the application. Please confirm.

Anyway you are right,you can apply on the 26/09/2011 at any chosen PEO

I am making an ILR application on 26 -09- 2011 at PEO Sheffield.

While filling the application form .. it ask if you have completed 5 years in UK ? Since I am making an application 26 days before completing 5 years.

What should I fill :

(1) yes

(2) no

or (3) No but completing on 22-OCT-2011 ( in 28 days time)
