ILR qualifying period for in-country WP holder

Hi,

Can someone help me with my query. I have been in the UK since 2002, was on student visa earlier. I got my work permit in Mar 2005 and the FLR was approved on 13th April 2005. But I actually started working for my employer from 1st May 2005.

I am confused about my qualifying period, can someone let me know if it starts from the day I received my FLR or from the day I started working.
