Post by anuje » Thu Nov 13, 2008 9:43 pm

Hi,
i will appreciate if someone can clarify whether one can apply for ILR, 28 days before 5 years are completed??? or one needs to apply only after completion of full 5 years( 60 months).

As the application form makes clear you can apply from 28 days before the completion of the 5 year period.
