ILR Queries

Hi

I came to UK on 04/04/2009 via VISA TIER 2 INT COM TRAN MIGRANT. I am staying continuously at UK till date.

Visa details are:

1) UK ENTRY CLEARANCE : (VISA TIER 2 INT COM TRAN MIGRANT): Valid from 17/03/2009 and Valid till 07/03/2010
2) UK WORK VISA EXTENSION USING CERTIFICATE (T2 INT COM TRAN LEAVE TO REMAIN): Valid from 07/03/2010 and valid till 07/03/2012
3) UK WORK VISAEXTENSION USING CERTIFICATE (T2 ICT LONG TERM LEAVE TO REMAIN): Valid from 08/03/2012 and valid till 01/03/2014

Can you please advise do I need to go for work permit extension again before the ILR or will I eligible directly to apply ILR?
