ILR Query: Dependent Spouse Eligibility with Mixed ICT & Skilled Worker

Hi everyone,

I’d really appreciate your guidance on an ILR query for a dependent spouse.

Main applicant:

On ICT visa from Jan 2018
Switched to Skilled Worker in June 2021
Eligible for ILR in June 2026

Dependent (spouse):

ICT dependent from Jan 2018 to Feb 2022
Switched to Skilled Worker dependent from Feb 2022 to Sept 2026
Continuously residing in the UK since 2018

Query:
Would the dependent be eligible to apply for ILR together with the main applicant in June 2026?

If anyone has had a similar experience or knows of such cases, I’d be grateful if you could share your insights.
If not, what would be the best course of action in this situation?
