ILR query regarding total absence days from UK

Hi I am in UK since Jan 31,2006. ( Work permit till 2007 and then on tier 1)
I went to India for almost 5 months In Year 2007 although I got salary for first 3 months ( I have salary slip and bank statements for that).

My total absence days in 5 years will be :285 days and the last year absence count will be 80 days.


Am I eligible for ILR on or after Jan 08,2011 ?

It all depends on your circumstances and the evidence you provide to support your application.
