Hi All,
I have got a Tier 1 General on 7th Sept 2010 but I came to UK on 20th Jan 2011. I have got my extension from 7th sept 2013 to 7th sept 2015.

I dont have any absences more than 180 days per year the only problem is that I came to UK after 4.5 months after getting my tier 1.

Can I apply for ILR on 7th sept 2015 or do I need to take a second extension?

unfortunately you will need to go for second extension because you came after 90 days of getting the initial visa.

hi my case is just like u.what are your lawyers suggesting you.please advise me as well.
