ILR query

Hi
Please help
I joined my husband (British citizen) in UK on 27th of August 2015 on a 5 years route, I’ve been out of the country for 6 weeks in the past five years time. My Current 30 months visa expires on 21st of December 2020. When can/shall, i apply for an ILR?
