Ilr question

Hi I hope someone can help me.
I received my second set of discretionary leave in may based on
my mother being a British citizen by naturalisation.
When I received my dl extension it said before it expires I will be eligible to apply for indefinite leave in 2013.

With all this talk about probationary citizenship will I be affected or will I still be able to apply for my ILR in 2013.

Probationary citizenship, if it is introduced before you become eligible / apply for settlement (ILR).
