ILR Questions.

Hi,
I got my HSMP approval in Oct 2006 (Pre Nov-2006 JR). I am due to ILR in Oct 2011.

I will be greatful if you answer some of my questions.

1. Do I or my dependent have to do any test i.e Life in UK or English based test before ILR application ?
2.What documents require at time of application ?
3.Will my dependent require to submit any documents ?
4. Do I have to provide past years bank statements or just last 3 months payslips and bank statement ?

what else I need to support my application ?

Assuming no change in rules until Oct 2011:

1. Not at the time of settlement, but you'll need to pass LITUK test before naturalisation.
2. Search the forum as this information has been posted by several successful applicants.
