ILR refused, but reconsidered

Post by henrisama » Wed Nov 02, 2011 11:43 pm

Hello everyone.

I received a letter fom UKBA saying that our ILR application has been reconsidered. The case worker asked for our current passports to be sent to them.

I wonder what will happen next?
Are we going to be granted an ILR?
How long are we going to get our passports back?

Thanks in advance.
