ILR requirement - 5 years after entry or current visa?

My timeline is like this

2011 July - Moved to the UK under Ankara agreement
2013 March - EEA family member Residence permit received

Question is, can I apply for ILR in 2016 (after 5 years in the UK) or in 2018?

Apply for confirmation of PR, 5 years after you became a family member in the UK of an EEA national who is exercising treaty rights.
