ILR Rules changes on 6th April

Hello Guys,

Can any one tell me which rules havebeen changed for ILR ?

I extended Tier 1 in July 2009 so do i need to prove income again ?? as i did on extension at tht time.

I talk to one solicitor he said rules have not been changed yet they will declare in MAY 2011 they are just thinking of that.

Please tell me what is true ??
