ILR Rules Changing

Post by aceacer » Tue Oct 04, 2011 11:25 am

Hi all, just saw this article in the Daily Mail which suggests that the ILR rules are majorly changing and it might pretty much be abolished soon. Does anybody else have any info on this or update? pretty concerning.

Based on the consultation document available on UKBA this would be applicable for people who enter after April 2011. There is no indication that this will apply retrospectively.
