ILR - Salary requirement

I am working full-time employment, I am getting the 45 points for this year from APR-2011 - OCT-2011 ,

I am not planning to claim the whole 12 months, Does this enough to meet the ILR criteria?

ILR is due on 09-JUL-2012,
Does this period falls 12 months period within the 15 months before the eligibility date of my ILR?
