ILR SET M Application Questions

Hi All

New here read a lot of the forums and keep an eye here on the great information given it’s really good.

Got a few questions if anyone can help.

Application is for my Wife we got our initial Spouse Visa BRP on 15-01-2016 she got her second Spouse Visa BRP on 09-07-2018.

So we are now able to apply for the ILR which we submitted on the 6th January 2021 online.

1. We had a weird question which couldn’t find any info on our application it asked only for times she had been outside the UK over two weeks. Which was twice over the five year period for the ILR application both times was 15 days. I’ve seen other people have to list multiple times so found that weird is this normal?

2. We put our application in on the website on the 6th January 2021 for ILR and we are uploading our supporting documents which will be submitted online 10th January 2021. The only available appointments for biometrics is on the 2nd February 2021 which is the same date the BRP is valid till will this cause any issues at all?

1) Spouse visa has no absence limits. The form asks about any absences over 2 weeks. It is normal.

2) No issues. You are protected by Section 3C as you made an in-time application. Biometrics date is irrelevant even if it is after visa expiry. You have 45 working days to submit biometrics after date of application. Your same work rights will also continue till a decision is made.
