ILR SET(M) / Driving convection

Hi,
I am going at peo service for ilr - set (m) in october. got latter regarding red light convection .
could anyone confrim that
1- it will be consider as criminal convetion ?
2- i have to declear in set(m) form ?

What do you mean by 'a letter'. A summons to attend a court hearing?

I Got the "NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PROSECUTE" Regarding FAIL TO COMPLY WITH TRAFFIC LIGHT SIGNAL under section 172 of the road traffic act 1988 from Greater MANCHESTER POLICE. :roll:
