ILR Set(0) Form Section 9 - List of Absences

Post by felixwhoals » Mon Sep 05, 2011 9:34 pm

I am bit confused in terms of number of days I left the country.

For example:
I am in the UK on the 1st September 2011, left the country for short holiday and came back on 2nd September 2011. Is this considered 2 days or 1 day or 0 day?

Technically I am in the UK for both 1st and 2nd September, do I even bother write this down in the Immigration History list?

I just want to know how the 180 days are calculated.

This is very clearly written in the guidance on the ukba website under their appendix sections.
Your example would be 0 days out of the country, but you do need to declare the times you did go out.
thanks

May I know which section in Appendix that highlights this?

I am trying to search for it but it has information for Tier 1 (Investor) about duration on indefinite leave to remain.
