ILR Set(O) Priority Delay - Further Information Needed

Post by Conscious631 » Tue Mar 10, 2026 2:38 pm

Hi everyone,

I am applying for ILR via the Set(O) route using Priority Service. I've hit a delay after a Request for Further Information and would appreciate some advice on escalation and timelines.

Timeline:
Priority Application submitted: 24 Feb 2026
Biometrics: 25 Feb 2026
Email Received: 3 March 2026 (Request for copies of passports with all pages and a full list of absences)
Responded: 3 March 2026 (Same day)

Case Details:
Absence Lists: When I originally uploaded files, I provided two lists: one for the 30 entries included in the online system and another for extra entries. In my response on 3 March, I combined these into a single, comprehensive list covering about 60 entries.
I provided a full index linking every trip to specific passport page numbers where stamps are available. For trips with no stamps, I had already attached flight e-tickets in my initial document upload. I did not resend the e-tickets on 3 March as they were not specifically re-requested.

My Questions: For those with a high volume of absences, how long did it take for a decision after you responded to an email asking for further information on a Priority application? What else can I do to escalate the case? I have travel plans in late March.

Thanks in advance for any insights.

The priority service has no guarantees. They will get ack to you when they are done with your application. You cannot expedite an application
