ILR - SET (O) Query

Hope someone can help me.

My initial HSMP was approved on Nov 2006, so I am in the terms of HSMP ILR documents. Initial stamp is HSMP, then renewed 3 years using HSMP JR Extension of Stay, so I have received passport back with Tier 1 (General) stamp. The letter sent after renewal by the case worker clearly mentioned that the renewal application was considered under the terms of the HSMP JR of Extension.

Now the problem is when start to fill the SET(O) form, in the payment details page the first question is :

If you are applying as a highly skilled migrant(HSMP), are you doing so under the terms of the HSMP ILR judicial revire policy document? (YES or NO)

Technically I am not a highly skilled migrant anymore as the renwal stamp is Tier 1 (General). Also in the section 3, it asks what category you applying. So I have to select Tier 1 (General) Migrant applying under the terms of the HSMP forum Judicial Review policy document.

My question is what to answer for the above quoestion in the payment details.

Can anyone help on this please.
