ILR - SET(M) question re: form

Hi All

I am about to apply for ILR using the SET(M) form, I would appreciate if anyone could answer thef following:

- Is the most recent form Version 04/2011

and

- I am the wife applying so I fill in Section 1 (Applicant's Details), however, my husband is a UK citizen ... do I fill in his details under Section 2 (Your Partner's Details) eventough he is not applying with me?

I would assume so?
