ILR Set (O) salary requirement query

Post by Spykii21 » Wed Jan 06, 2021 10:27 am

Hi all,

I'm due to apply for my ILR Set(O) this month. I'm working for the NHS (Part time 30hrs) and I'm being paid £31,100 per annum. This salary is in line to the salary paid to anyone in similar banding as per the SOC code.

Also this salary is higher to the current minimum requirement for ILR which is £25,600.

My question is because I'm working part time will my application be rejected even though my salary is above the minimum threshold and is in line with the national pay scale for anyone working 30hours as per the soc code.

I couldn't find any answer online or when ringing home office. Looking for some advise or guidance.

Thanks

As long as pro-rated salary is meeting the minimum salary requirements you should be OK, however, if your hours were reduced since the initial COS/visa allocation then the change should be reported by employer to UKVI via the SMS system.
My advice is based on personal research/experience, so pls check relevant UKVI sources.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure if HR would have notified UKVI about this. After a year of receiving my COS I moved to another job (higher in position) with the same employer and in the same SOC code but this post was only for 30hours.
