ILR Set (O) Section - 9 Unemployment ILR stopper?

I'll be applying for Tier 1 (General) migrant in 2012 after completing my 5 years.

I'm self employed(contractor) but have been unemployed for the past 6 months. If i can show positive business accounts (by finding another contract) will i still be able to apply for ILR?

The exact wording on the ILR form says:
Evidence that you are economically active in the UK in employment or self-employment or both. The evidence should take the form of documents showing your personal earnings (if you are employed) or business accounts (if you are self-employed).
