ILR SET(O) Waiting time and a question

Hi Guys,

I will complete the 10 years long stay on 22 September 2011. I know that I can post my application up to 28 days before the qualifying period of 10 years so I posted my SET(O) form on 27/08/2011 and it was recieved on 30/08/2011. can you tell me what is the average waiting time.

Also my 10 years consist of staying for 5.5 years on a student visa and 4.5 years on a dependant visa as my wife started studying in the UK in Sep 2006, does anyone know if this is acceptable as I could not find anywhere on the SET(O) guidance about this?
