ILR - Settlement - SET(0) 5 Years Continous Residence rules

Post by AK007 » Thu Oct 09, 2014 9:52 am

Hi, I got tier 1 (general) visa in Nov 2008. I was outside the UK for 13 months (May 2009 to mid-June 2010) for my maternity leave. Am I eligible for ILR in end of January 2015?

Jan 2010 - Jan 2011 - (175 days - already outside from 2009 May)
Jan 2011 - Jan 2012 (15 days outside UK)
Jan 2012 - Jan 2013 (30 days Outside UK)
Jan 2013 - Jan 2014 (10 days Outside UK)
Jan 2014 - Jan 2015 (70 days Outside UK)

I am in continuous employment even though I am outside UK. As per the rule, A person shouldn't be outside UK for more than 180 days in any given 12 months period. I hope, I am within that rule.

Also, should I need to produce P60s for all 5 year period?

Please Advise.
