ILR simple question

Currently, priority and super priority services are withheld and you can only apply normal service (26 weeks)
You still cannot book an appointment for biometrics.
The question is.
1) if I apply normal (26 week) will I submit my passport and BRP or will I keep them, and if I keep them, will I be allowed to travel outside UK during those (26 weeks)
2) does anyone know if and when the priority service will be resumed, ( if a matter of days, teen I can wait)

You cannot travel while you have a pending application as it will be considered withdrawn. We cannot tell you when priority service will resume
