ILR - spouse documents - advice please!

Hi,

I am on the workpermit and got married one year ago and applying for ILR next month. My wife did not change her surname to my surname and we did not have either joint bank account or any bills on our names. We have got only marriage certificate, photos etc. as the proof of the marriage.

Can any one advice me in this regard please.
