ilr spouse working in different city

HI,

we are living separate due to our job. We meet on weekend after 2-3 weeks time. Though all document have same address.
Is it going to be a problem in ILR?

No it should not, keep evidence of a subsisting relationship, e.g. Phone calls, Skype etc...

yes all bank account , electoral role are on same address. I am keeping trains ticket as well to show the travel to london from Birmingham

My query is that there is different address on NHS
I am going to change my address temporary for 4-5 month and will use my old address to redirect all my post.

Will Casework find these things out?
