ILR Success at Solihull last week under HSMP JR

Post by jogeg » Wed Nov 09, 2011 6:32 pm

Hi all,

Been a silent reader for years and its time to post about my own experience.

I fall under HSMP JR as I switched to HSMP from student visa before Nov 2006. I booked a PEO appointment for myself and 2 dependants for 9am.

Got to Solihull about 8 am and parked in John Lewis car park which is a pay on foot car park.

Thanks to previous posts, I had no difficulty locating the office and was there by 8:15. I met two people on the queue but when the door was opened at 8:30, I was first trough the door as my appointment was at 9.

Went through airport security and sat down to wait for my number to be called.

The CW was quite friendly and professional. Requested for Forms and passports/pictures. I handed them over. She asked if I had any absenses and I answered no.

She ran some checks on the computer and then asked for letter from my employer, 3 payslips and most recent P60. I also handed over HMRC employment history as my most recent P60 was online copy.

After running some more checks, she said all was fine and for me to pay and return in 2 hours for collection. By 9 am I was in Solihull town centre so interview took less than 20 minutes.

Returned to PEO at 10:45 to be told passports were ready.

So so happy. Feel free to ask any questions and I will try my best to answer.

Had so much documents but she didn't ask for anything. She also did not ask for cohabitation documents for my spouse.

Congratulations.

I fall under HSMP JR . My HSMP Approval was before Nov 2006 .

I just down loaded the form SET (O)which has around 40 pages .

Have you filled all the pages ? I believe we do not need to fill Section 9 , If so what did you do , have you just put empty papers with out filling Section 9 ?

Thanks

I filled in all the sections except for:

Section 4 and
Section 9

And yes, I submitted all 42 pages of the form.

Hope this helps.
