ILR

I am applying for ILR based on 3 years 11 months on a work permit in 3 weeks time and would appreciate your advice on whether I need to submit the marriage certificate. My wife and children will be included in my application and we all came to UK together so my wife has a registration certificate as well the original stamp in her passport at the time of our entry to UK almost 4 years ago.
Obviously we have our marriage certificate issued in our native language so if we need to sumbit it to IND I will have to go the embassy to arrange for translation and notarisation, .ie another trip to London and 'pleasant' time at the embassy.
On another matter which might be of interest for the readers of this board I checked with Croydon office about appointment booking procedure and they told me that you can not book the appointment earlier than up to two weeks before your relevant date.

Your advice on the marriage certificate will be much appreciated.

You don't need the marriage certificate if your wife entered as your dependent with entry clearance. You probably had to show the marriage certificate when she got entry clearance, so they already have the information which documents your marriage.
