ILR

Please I have a court case concerning my ILR been adjourned to next year 2015,But my EEA 5 year visa expired yesterday, I have already wrote to Home Office Liverpool for letter telling my office about it since October. But they did not reply and now my employer has stop me from working. I am confused,pls what should do.

Why was your application refused? and when is your appeal due to be heard?

My husband is an EEA national and I was given 5 years which expired yesterday. But early this year they wrote tom us to say that they revoke the 5 years that they believe its a sham marriage. We appeal and the court day was suppose to be oct which they adjourned to next year and my lawyer wrote to Home Office for a letter to give to my work to allow me to work until them.
