I have been in the UK for 4 years 4 months. I arrived in 2003 on education visa. In 2004 I worked on TWES, in 2005 I was on educaton visa, and in 2006 til now I have been on work permit. I know you need 5 years for ILR but is is 5 years straight of work permits?
